To foster an environment that supports student and employee success personal pronouns and/or gender identification can be self-designated in My Information on Pirate Port and in Canvas. Personal Pronouns and/or Gender Identification can be designated in My Information on Pirate Port. The personal pronoun can be updated for display on class rosters in Canvas. ECU currently does not display gender identification on any system or documents but may be used for reporting purposes.
